ATTiny13A-SSU is a micro controller from the Atmel ATTiny Series. Its a high performance, Low Power AVR 8 Bit MCU. The MCU has 1 K Bytes of flash, 64 Bytes EEPROM, 64 Bytes Internal SRAM, and can clock up to 20 Mhz. It has 1 Timer, 4 Channel 10 Bit ADC. Also supports various interfaces, such as debugWire, SPI, etc. It supports external and internal interrupt sources. And operates on 1.8 V to 5.5 VDC.

The ATTiny13A-SSU MCU is very low cost, and small in size, such that it can be added in any design which does not require high performance or more number of pins. It can be used to accomplish small computation tasks, and can also act as secondary MCU in device, offloading many tasks from the main MCU. It consists almost all of the basic peripherals required in a MCU, and thus makes a good alternative for small computing task.
