A low-power, high-performance Microchip’s ARM Cortex-M0+ based flash micro controller, the ATSAMD21J18A-AUT is ideal for a wide range of home automation, consumer, metering, and industrial applications.
This MCU has Flash size of 256 KB, 32 KB of SRAM, and operates on upto 48 Mhz frequency. It has six serial communication (SERCOM) modules configurable as UART, SPI or I2C. It also has five 16 Bit Timers, 32 Bit Real Timer clock, 24 PWM channels, and one 20 channel 12 Bit ADC, and one 10 Bit ADC.
This ATSAMD21J18A-AUT MCU also supports Full Speed USB Device and embedded host, and supports up to 256 capacitive touch channels. It operates on 1.62 V to 3.3 V Supply.
