Description
The MP9486AGN-Z is a high-voltage step-down (buck) switching regulator from Monolithic Power Systems capable of operating from a wide 4.5 V to 100 V input range. It integrates a high-side high-voltage power MOSFET with a typical 3.5 A peak switching current limit and delivers up to 1 A continuous output current.
The device uses hysteretic voltage-mode control, enabling very fast transient response and eliminating the need for loop compensation. With low quiescent current (170 µA) and comprehensive protection features, it is well suited for automotive, industrial, solar, and LED driver applications
