The FDN340P MOSFET is a P-Channel Logic Level MOSFET designed using ON Semiconductor’s advanced POWERTRENCH process, optimized for low on-state resistance and reduced gate charge. It delivers superior switching performance, making it ideal for portable electronics applications such as load switching, power management, battery charging circuits, and DC-DC conversion.
