We at KTRON India, are committed to provide our customers various easy shipping options.

Packaging

Each order placed on our website will be packed nicely in a Corrugated Box, with the label for the shipping address on the box. Do note that, the order would be sent to Shipping Address selected on the Checkout page.

The packaging, will contain the ordered items, and a physical copy of the invoice. You will also be sent a soft copy of the invoice via email. If the billing and shipping addresses are different, than the order would be dispatched to the shipping address, and a copy of invoice will be emailed on your registered mail id.

Economy Shipping

This option can be selected for all the orders placed on our website. The economy shipping has rate of 60Rs Per 500 Gram + GST for orders destined to all states except Gujarat, for weight upto 2.5Kg. For more than 2.5 kg, 60Rs Per Kg + GST. Plus a Flat Fee of 20 Rs Per order.

Most of the Economy Shipping Orders for all states except gujarat will be dispatched via Delhivery Courier. In case, services of Delhivery courier are not available at your pincode, our team will communicate with you, to determine another options available. Mostly, the estimated delivery time will be 1-8 days on normal circumstances. In case of any delays, the customer can contact particular courier with regards to delay.

For orders to be shipped to Gujarat, the charges are 50Rs Per KG + Flat 20Rs Per Order, and it would be shipped via Shree Nandan Courier.

Express Shipping

The Express Shipping option has a fixed rate for all Over India. The rates are 100Rs Per 500g + Flat 20Rs Per Order. Generally, the express shipping orders will be dispatched via Bluedart Courier’s DART APEX Service, which is one of the fastest courier providers in India. The Estimated Delivery time would be 1-4 days. In case of any delays, the customers can contact the courier companies.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website before courier cut off timings will be dispatched same days except Public Holidays.
