The TIP127 PNP Transistor is a PNP Power Darlington transistor designed for linear and switching applications. Manufactured using planar technology with a base island layout and monolithic Darlington configuration, this transistor offers very high current gain and low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It serves as the complementary device to the TIP122 (NPN) transistor, making it suitable for push-pull amplifier or driver circuits.
