Thyristor BT136 – 600E – TO-220AB

BT136 – 600E is a planar passivated sensitive gate four quadrant triac or thyristor in SOT78 (TO-220AB) package. Its intended for use in general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications. So, its manufacturing takes place in such a way, that it directly interfaces with micro controllers, other Logic ICs, and other low power gate trigger circuits. The Thyristor BT136 has gate trigger current of 10 mA. The maximum terminal current is 4 A.
