The MM32F0020 MCU – 32-bit Microcontrollers is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, offering a high-performance, low-power solution. With a maximum clock frequency of 48MHz, it features 32KB of embedded Flash storage and 2KB of SRAM, along with a variety of peripherals and I/O ports. It includes a 12-bit ADC, multiple timers, and communication interfaces like UART, I2C, and SPI. These microcontrollers support a wide operating voltage range from 2.0V to 5.5V and can operate across industrial-grade temperature ranges of -40°C to 85°C or -40°C to 105°C. Its low-power features make it ideal for power-sensitive applications.
