Description
The MCP1541T-I/TT IC is a precision voltage reference IC with an output voltage of 4.096V. It uses advanced CMOS circuit design and EPROM trimming to provide high initial accuracy (±1% max.) and excellent temperature stability (±50 ppm/°C max.).
